    Aokiji was present for the 2nd Buster Call. If they are just aimlessly destroying an island, then technically yes, unless someone can destroy all warships. Note that a typical buster call is 10 warships and 5 VAs. This is 20 Warships (and 80 smaller ships), 9 VAs, an Admiral and Gorosei.
