I can honestly see Luffy losing once or twice against Kaido before he ultimately become truly stronger than Kaido in a 1v1

It doesn’t seem to be the case. BM made Hera without any notable issues if at all. However, it would be overpowered for BM to walk around with homies made of light, lava, ice, lighting, fire and a sword as her full arsenal cuz at this point no would be able to defeat her.
