    yes, if you're not focusing on losing/gaining weight, i suggest dont look at weight scale so often because it will burden your mind.

    its normal, because your body will digest food around 2-3 hours. if you dont eat/drink anything with calories for 12-14 hours, your body will start to use body fat as a source of energy.

    yes doing a pushups/situps in home isn't enough for muscle growth. like usual, checking body temperature and try to keep clean with hand sanitizer.

    and i forgot to mention if i doing an incline bench on the first exercise when it comes to push-type workout.

    im sorry to hear that tobi.. but yes, if you're not doing a workout, in the first time after you doing a workout, your body will sore so much maybe about 2-3 hours. just endure it because your body isn't getting use to it. your body need to adapt with something they never experienced.

    no, i often able to lift max about 50 lbs with 4 - 6 reps max on incline/decline bench press. but when it comes to standard bench press, im struggle so much with that weight lol. (3-4 reps max)

    been come back to the gym after 2 months hiatus because of covid-19 thing. i found this is odd, why am i struggle when doing flat bench press rather than incline/decline bench press? any answer bro? @BigChungus2018
