There still is though, just look at how much detail there is when it comes to the YTW army, you can see little details like soldiers jumping in the air, different masks, edged swords etc. And this is from a very recent chapter.
I love how it's formulated negatively, i.e. she's bearable because she doesn't show up much unlike Kyoukai. Hara is like Kishimoto, he really can't write female characters.

Not mine but I'll mention Kyoukai before someone else does, also Kisui (there's just nothing appealing about him) and Kyou rei, God I wish she didn't exist.

Honestly, I'm not sure, it's atleast possible Sou'ou and Shiryuu could put up a fight against the Seika commanders, Riboku himself even acknowledged them and this was like 2/3 years ago (in-story time), it depends on where we scale them.
