    Nah I wouldn’t take Protein as a meal replacement, just not the same and it lacks nutrients. I have never heard of multicomponent Protein powder, you use it?

    I did not use strict form and I guess my glutes weren’t parallel with my head. Will definitely incorporate more of that (and breathing/bracing).
