Kid is no match for Kaido and the competition between him and Luffy is too one-sided in Luffy's favor, the only real rival that Luffy has among the Worst Generation is Blackbeard.
Big Mom is going to be disappointed when she'll find that there no more Scabbard or Mink to smash when she'll arrive on the roof. Though she may just want to wait Luffy here, she must know that Luffy wants to go for Kaido directly and thus is heading for the roof too.
How many times will I have to tell you guys ?
Katakuri is surely in Whole Cake Island or Komugi Island to take care of Totto Land during his mother's absence. He isn't going to come to Wano any time soon, except possibly at the end of Wano arc.
She's still on her way sadly, I don't think that Oda is going to drop that stupid waterfall issue soon even if the BMP should have arrived to Wano a long time ago.
I have lost any trust in the Supernovas to make a real plan a long time ago, when you look back at it Law's plan at Dressrosa was really flawed with him having never been to Dressrosa before and not knowing about the Smiles factory's location and potential defenses and what Doflamingo could have...
Maybe not for now but that alliance is bound to break at some point, Sengoku himself lampshaded how fragile an alliance between former Rocks Pirates would and while they have common goals and foes Kaido and Big Mom's end goals and personnalities are too much different and their egos too great...
Big Mom will surely be disappointed both if she sees that Kaido wasn't able of finishing the Scabbards yet and if he beat them before she could fight and smash any of them. Though she will be pleased when Luffy will arrive here.
He took much more time than necessary to choose to use his human form to beat the Scabbards after having used his dragon form so so long, plus I have the intuition that he's still far from full power.
I would prefer it if Kaido has already finished the Red Scabbards before Big Mom's arrival or at least if she gets other opponents to focus her power on while he finish them off.
