Sanji saved the SHs and all of Tottoland. Thats like more than millions of people. Zoro saved 4 people. One of which wouldve gotten revived anyways. And importance isnt just about saving people. Sanji's plotline about baking and serving that cake was on equal pedestal to Luffy vs Katakuri...

In terms of importance....Zoro was done the worse.

Zoro doesnt deserve to be more than 70 mill above Sanji.....since their opppnents threat lvls from the governemt is that different. What Zoro did in the rooftop shouldnt contribute to his bounty. Its all useless and unreported at the end of the day.

They'll probably be above 1.5 bill. 1.3+ bill for defeat the All Stars 200-400 bill for captain inflation
