Theirs a difference between adding filler to fill in gaps and completely changing the story to make it look "cooler". Sanji never used DJ against P1, so I dont know why they added it other than it looked cool.

That was the most stiff animation in a long time. Looking at him flying around gave me Corona. And King was horribly drawn at times.
