Let's hope that this happens during the King fight. It's not implausible. We now know that it's not a power from cursed swords, so being a manifestation of Zoro's very spirit (how Rayleigh described Haoshoku) seems plausible.

What are you laughing for, he was right; Asura wasn't Haoshoku coating. And BTW, so far there's only Haoshoku coating. Advanced Haoshoku isn't a thing.

In fairness, it looks as if @Echizen_Jo_Ndule was right; Zoro hadn't unlocked Haoshoku coating in 1010. He is only now properly awakening it. Hell, the context of this scene is as if Zoro has just properly awakened his Haoshoku for the first time.
