Yes? Luffy has 3 forms of G4 now and is switching between it and base constantly. It is mastered, who ever said it isn't?
It's drawback still exists though.
That is mastery. He was able to use the sword to it's fullest potential, minus making it black ofcourse.
He would die because of his own lack of enough haki reserve to fight while going all out all the time. That's partially also due to expending Haki since chapter 980 and throughout the night...

I called you out for your bias when you acted like King never showed Haki on panel but didn't use the same argument for Marco. I stopped responding to you back then because I grew tired of entertaining your BS lol.

I'm more interested in Kaidou, his flashback, the Joy Boy stuff as well. He has started to go all out I guess, we're not so far from a new Gear and maybe awakening (?) for Kaido I guess.
Firstly, why do you think an attack Katakuri quite literally made up on the spot by just blowing Mochi absolutely cannot be stronger than an attack which he has spent decades honing? Like take G4 Luffy for example, we all agree that the Headbutt which broke through Doffy's Offwhite was troll but...
