Coby is too featless. Odds wise since he will most likely turn an admiral when the manga ends but still most probably be far from current admiral level funnily, I think he could stand as a calamity level guy right now in one of the best case scenarios.

Don't think his CoO is better than Katakuri's. He will supersede that level of CoO by EoS however. Still if his other stats are also not much inferior he can indeed take on Boa right now.
