His CoO looks already pretty neat as he was capable to react so proficiently against Kaido even Luffy struggled doing the same originally. But perhaps he can still empower it yes.
Well Zoro will definitely not kill Kizaru unless he was forced yeah and I quite doubt he will be captured either. I would expect the final war to feature many elements of surprise. 🤔

I think he will probably trust the Revo's intentions just like feel some Marines in Coby not liking Akainu's Absolute Justice and maybe play neutral party or even assist them in order to subvert the order. 🤔
As you say the form is not relevant which implicates what I said however as long as it is a light sword which features a solid state. It being part of a DF power is not relevant honestly. A sword is a sword doesn't matter where it origined from or if it will vanish.

Ally if Fujitora's objective will simply be the one in common, not that he is necessarily siding with criminals, just fighting off to overthrow a power during the war.
Fujitora of course. But as I said I believe the only reason why he will more probably not end up as a solid long-term Zoro opponent is the offchance of him turning ally/neutral. And I believe that to more probably occur before he is defeated in that instance.
Kizaru uses a sword depending on his opponent, but he most likely used it consistently throughout his Marine career, it would be rather pitiful to more likely think differently. A swordsman is not necessarily a man who carries a metal sword, there are so many variations, what matters is carrying...
