    Franky will definitely do it I doubt Sanji will even meet Vegapunk However I doubt Vegapunk will stay an enemy forever for some reason.. Plot twist it might be Franky to turn him good

    Well the RS is certainly a power boost, though not as much as most believe it to be. For all we know Vergo can handily be stronger than Page One.
