That's the good question now. I haven't experienced many mangaka deaths in my life and so I do wonder if their works are sometimes kept on going by someone else for several reasons, such as not leaving something the mangaka cared all their life for unfinished.
I seriously hope his work won't remain unfinished. Expecially if he expressed the will to, but I think that would most likely be the case that he wanted to.

The death of a mangaka is one of my greatest fears, but a life is exponentially more precious than the manga itself. I hope his work will be picked up. Wish the author to still exist somewhere.,~
