We didn't even get 9 shadows featured, and we didn't get all of the strawhats cheering for Luffy which is the whole point of Luffy's victories.
Oda is straight up telling us it isn't over, and I wouldn't consider a volcano erupting a sign of victory.
Kaido and Big Mom are coming to the surface...
I don't see why it is impossible. Kid's storyline in the new world is tied to Kaido, if anything it's unreasonable to not expect any resolution to that storyline.
Bro, I'm on your side. Killer is also going to have a bigger role after the raid fails.:Dr.Killer:
This moment for Kid is also pending resolution, I believe that a lot of the focus that went to the scabbards during the raid will go to Kid and Killer in the coming conflict.
Most people believe this won't have a resolution.
I've heard people saying that Zoro making a new scar was the payoff to this moment, but it isn't. Someone has to reopen the reopen the old scar, and Kaido has to acknowledge that a samurai stronger than Oden has appeared.
Luffy being in that state just emphasises the point that Oda has been making about this being the limit of the alliance, and how they don't have any strenght left for more. It'll be interesting to see where that goes and why Oda added this element to the raid.
