Where was no of votes published everyday? you don't know how many votes polled everyday? we only know the top 3 hot characters everyday/hour....you don't even know number of points until yesterday they have announced the points of each character....

Blackbeard rank was improved....previous poll he was in 60s and now he came in 40s...when his character fleshed out even more, his rank will improve but I doubt he will make into top 10...

That is not the thing....that benefits every character of the One piece....it is not rigging...they legally allowed to do multiple votes for your favorite characters...you are talking as if they made only for Luffy while other characters get only one point...the one who is salty is you...

yeah, that rule is same for any character.....it is not as if only Luffy gets 10 votes in the special character....and that is only for Japan, rest of the countries have voted via online polling......
