I personally think Sanji will convince Kizaru to finally turn. With how wounded Vegapunk is and Oda pointing that out Kizaru's lasers are the only thing that can save him by cauterizing the wounds and letting them move him. But to convince him we need a clash first.

Personally I prefer Sanji's TS look. I love how rough, and more pirate-like Oda made him. Like yes, he's a chef and gentleman, but the way he had him transition from perfectly groomed and well kept, too more rogue like fits how the he grew into his role as a pirate.
