This is the only escape route Oda has: Mihawk is the most skilled swordsman because he forged Yoru in a black blade. That would put him above Shanks in something without any doubt. The problem is that being more skilled would not be enough to make the WSS title legit :hihihi:

I think there is something to discuss. Usually Sanji's bounty being low made sense. Before Enies Lobby nobody really knew him and a first bounty of 77 was great albeit low since he defeated someone on the same level of Kaku. In Dressrosa he wasn't there most of the time, any boost would have...
