I don't think the Tobi Roppo fights were as bad as I was making them. Only the Page One and Ulti fights were horrid. I think we're putting WAY too much stock on the veteran-level characters. Even with COA, they can be beaten by certain characters without it. But yeah, Brook, Chopper, and Usopp...
Wano would've been a better arc if Oda brought Luffy's Grand Fleet and 90% of the Whitebeard Pirate remnants (who let the Straw Hats handle Kaido's officers for pride reason).
