I guess Oda just named the sword the same as the one from the myths for no reason especially in the same arc as a main antagonist called orochi who has a Yamata no orochi devil fruit

Oda could do something cool with it but orochi being strong just seems so weird to me It was destined to be wasted as soon as it was given to orochi :josad:
Personally I think he’s role from now on assuming he survived is just to be a punching bag for the Kozuki samurai
I think I remember Hiyori saying something about wanting to kill orochi
