I think he'll try to recruit the new gen. I always thought Shin's chapter 1 armour looked like Ousen's in style. The redrawn panel also makes the chest plate look more like an homage to Ouki's face. Ousen could maybe offer Shin a deal to serve under him temporarily. Maybe tutoring in...
