I think Kaidos crew is pretty loose from Beginn with. With him falling, it will fall apart and most of them will split up in different directions. Joining kid pirates seems to be a viable option for someone aknowledging strong people (and hating Luffy).

I hope Ulti joins the Kid Pirates and with that stays relevant for the Story till EOS. She would be great, together with Paypay, in the Kid Pirates. Could imagine some hilarious scenes with her and Killer.
