    Unfortunately, i meant my body weight was at 150kg back then, now i am at 95kg. I had strict diet and a deficit of calories. Now i switch to building more muscles. My bench press is at ~85kg right now.

    So, i got to around 95kg, starting from ~150kg some years ago. I know switch my programm and eatpreparations, going full protein and aim for more musclegrowing! Wish me luck for this change!
