Break Week So Zoro acknowledges that King is not a swordsman.

I do too lol. The post was bait for the thread because I was talking about portrayal in the story. Check my other comments I fully believe they are equal men

Break Week So Zoro acknowledges that King is not a swordsman.

? I could literally say the same thing about the other side. And yeah, I think Shanks and Mihawk are the final antagonists (not Villains dont get confused) in the series and think they are relatively equal.. I do think there is a good argument to be made that he could be Luffy's hardest fight...

Break Week So Zoro acknowledges that King is not a swordsman.

No, titles are arbitrary goals designed for the characters meant to surpass them, that's it. Mihawk was the WSS before Roger died, so I guess that means Mihawk is stronger than Roger and thus, Whitebeard? See why titles are absolute garbage when you try to use them outside of who they apply to...

Break Week So Zoro acknowledges that King is not a swordsman.

I'm gonna put a cork in this right now because very clearly you guys are missing the point here. I'm gonna be very frank: While I bring up these examples showing Shanks' far bigger influence in the story and in name/displays of power/etc, I do NOT believe Shanks is truly above Mihawk in power...

Proof that Shanks lost? Proof that he wanted the WSS title? Answer those things for me.

Break Week So Zoro acknowledges that King is not a swordsman.

And yet, here's the manga proving each every one of you wrong:yasu: Mihawk is a pirate, just not one of the 4 greatest :madmonk: Oh and if you try and say "well, that's not his ambition to be because he doesn't have a crew", that pendulum swings both ways and exactly the kind of...

Break Week So Zoro acknowledges that King is not a swordsman.

It means more when they don't bother fighting back lol. Shanks STOPPED Kaido. Shanks STOPPED Akainu. Imagine jumping through this many hoops to downplay a Yonko. Weird

Vs.:sadgrin::sadgrin::yasu::yasu::yasu: 1642554829 So did Whitebeard and Roger, and Whitebeard didn't want to be PK :yasu: 1642554883 Excuse me? YOU literally compared the WSS to the Pirate King. I just followed the same shitstain illogical argument you tried to pursue...

Nope. He's not. No time to argue with someone who keeps making shit up lol.

Break Week So Zoro acknowledges that King is not a swordsman.

You literally have a proven event where Roger and WBP fought for 3 days equally. You literally have a scene where Roger begs WB for Oden. You have scenes where Whitebeard states he's not interested in One Piece. I never said that Whitebeard could beat Roger, there you go again assuming...

Break Week So Zoro acknowledges that King is not a swordsman.

You literally did not read Odens flashback lol. Whitebeard ALLOWED Roger to have Oden to help him become PK. They were entirely equal in battle. Once again, all you guys assume way too much out of Shanks and Mihawk lol. Maybe wait before you spout nonsense about how they compare
  12. Paperchampion23

Break Week So Zoro acknowledges that King is not a swordsman.

And Shanks has nothing to do with the WSS title, he's part of Luffy's ambition, and nothing to do with Zoro. Like you so very clearly say, becoming PK comes with the ambition of actually wanting to find the treasure. Whitebeard could have been PK but didn't want to be. If you can believe that...

Break Week So Zoro acknowledges that King is not a swordsman.

And we know that neither lost to the other, so doesn't matter lol. Like I said, Shanks has other ambitions that clearly have nothing to do with swordsmanship
  14. Paperchampion23

Break Week So Zoro acknowledges that King is not a swordsman.

Nope, not proven Shanks tried to become the WSS at all in 10 years. He dueled with Mihawk before any of them had titles and neither had known to win or lose against the other.. He became a Yonko. Mihawk became the WSS. He's also geared to fight Luffy if they fight, not a swordsman, so who cares...

"Mere"? Lol? Dude loses his arm and can stop wars and Yonko with one arm. Makes you think if he even was nerfed
  16. Paperchampion23

Break Week So Zoro acknowledges that King is not a swordsman.

Nope. In order to be be labeled under that you have to actually contest for it. Roger and Oden are dead. Rayleigh is retired. And Shanks dueled Mihawk before either had "labels" to their names. It's the same logic painted with the WSC being equal to Big Mom lol.

Oh no I consider him strong, he rivaled Mihawk 12 years ago lol, 6 years before he was a Yonko :milaugh:
