- Law/Kid: awaken their devil fruit that is stronger than Luffy's
- Kaido: haki is what prevails at the end of the day
- Luffy: my fruit awakening is not enough, I have to make a giant fist covered with all advanced forms of haki
- People on Worstgen: Mihawk is strongest swordsman so he's...
There are 2 categories of people in this fandom.
Zoro/Mihawkstans who believe that:
- Zoro > Law
- Zoro >>>>>>>>>>> Sanji
- Mihawk > Shanks
The sane fandom who knows that:
- Law > Zoro
- Zoro >= Sanji
- Mihawk ? Shanks (Shanks being stronger is more likely though)
The mfers who are saying that Mihawk is stronger than Shanks have no choice but accept that Vista is also stronger than Shanks considering what the vivre card says. You just can't argue against this very stupid conclusion.
Or MAYBE, just MAYBE you could accept the POSSIBILITY (FACT) that being...
Correct but not in combat fight, not in hand to hand fight.
Mihawk is the world's strongest swordsman, his swordsmanship abilities are recognized worldwide and this title is legit.
This title might imply that he is above Shanks, I'm not denying this possibility.
HOWEVER, the same way being...
Mihawkstans will listen to anything but the truth. Even if you tell them 10 times that "although Mihawk may be stronger swordsman than Shanks, Mihawk's title doesn't confirm he's above Shanks and it's still very likely for Shanks to be stronger", they won't listen to you
Yes the title is about the strength in swordsmanship (or skills), not strength against swordsmen.
The former could imply the latter but in the case of Mihawk vs Shanks, there isn't only swordsmanship to take into account when the rest of the series is telling us that Shanks has insane haki and...
To you, world's strongest swordsman = the strongest among all swordsmen, meaning that Mihawk defeats all current swordsmen. For you, the title applies to who Mihawk can defeat.
To me, world's strongest swordsman (or most skilled swordsman) = the strongest swordsman, meaning that their...
I may be stubborn and I may be wrong but I just can't believe (at least right now) that Mihawk is superior than Shanks.
I understand all of your arguments but it's not enough to convince me.
To me, the title doesn't imply what you guys are saying.
Sure TAC.
It's also been confirmed since the beginning that Luffy has to surpass Shanks and Zoro has to surpass Mihawk.
So the person that Luffy has to surpass is weaker than the person that Zoro has to surpass.
Zoro for captain?
1. Being the strongest creature doesn't mean you are invincible. Luffy defeated Kaido, does it mean Luffy has become the strongest creature? I'm sure you can apply this reasoning to Shanks being stronger than Mihawk. You can surpass someone without surpassing their epithet. Shanks can be above...
