I don't know any other Zoan DF user that is capable of doing it. Grow talons, grow a wing only, grow two wings etc. I don't know if marco has even an real hybrid form like a usual Zoan, maybe his DF doesn't have a real full hybrid.

Marco has full control over his DF. He can grow any part of his animal at anytime. I don't know if it is really his hybrid. If it is his hybrid, Marco has likely awakening.
