Kyros had haki. He trained Rebecca in COO. And at that Level I think he had COA too. We know Diamante had COO and COA so it can be logic for Kyros to have it too. And I do like him. I agree for Carrot she is not very interesting. Pedro, Bepo are a lot more interesting.
