It depends if we consider that Marco’s fire is regular fire. But it seems to me that if King would have « really » cut Marco’s wing, the latter would have lost his arm.

I don’t know why it seems to be a big deal when in Databook deep blue it was said to us that « CoA has not secret for Marco », so yeah Marco knows advanced armement. So yeah he is most likely using it while fighting to Yonko commander.
