Croco actually had two bounties upgrades I think just don't know the previous. After Marineford his bounty was definitely upgraded ,don't tell me they let him roam free with 81 million only. This upgrade is due the new threat he represents imo.

If you don't take Marines seriously what are you even doing here in this chapter? All OP story had Marines dictating bounties and status of pirates and such will not change. Accepting some but getting frisky about other just shows agenda tbh. Revealing you are kinda of a masochist or something?

Oda can simply highlight shanks over mihawk in any quality he wishes yet he doesn't but he does clarify Shanks is a swordmans ,his swordmanship is below mihawk and Mihawk is the current WSS. :bamathink: So hard to get the message huh?

Shanks fan should at minimum accept Mihawk=Shanks to avoid looking clownish.
