CC was sad at Zou because of how his deadly gas was used against the Minks. However, he wasn’t sad because his gas was used to kill innocent people/creatures, but was instead sad that his gas wasn’t good enough to finish the job. Not SH material

I’d have to go with either the “Ceaser for nakama” or “Monet for nakama” bandwagons. Caesar was always blatantly too evil to become a SH, and Monet continued to be toured around as a potential SH even long after she had become dead and irrelevant
