No because Luffy didn’t fight Kaido alone and because the World Government wanted to limit Luffys notoriety as a way to keep Nika hidden. Zoro and Sanji soloed their 1.3 billion berry commanders and proved themselves to be bigger danger than these two by far.

Wouldn’t make much sense for Zoro and Sanji to be worth less than King or Marco.

Sword lore is actually really cool in the OP World. Enma opened up new possibilities for it as well by introducing swords with special properties. Unfortunately I think it’s the lore we’ll get the least of.
