I'd rather we see the SHs fighting the Admirals in two different arcs/sagas (Like Luffy vs Greenbull & Zoro vs Fujitora first, before Luffy vs Akainu & Zoro vs Kizaru later) rather than having Kizaru fed elsewhere and the remaining Admirals going down in one arc, tbh.

Your explanation seems spot on. I also don't think Ryuo and ACoC have anything to do with one another, btw, since Yamato can't use Ryuo but can use ACoC. I guess the advanced type of each haki is its own thing.
