    Start off by doing pushups with your knees on the floor as support. That or you can do pushups on an incline (just find a bed -> place hands on the bed -> place feet on the floor-> start pushing). Do them until you feel like its so easy that you are ready to start regular pushups.

    If you feel like a weight that you have done in the past feels heavy now but easy back then, try getting use to lifting 90+ lbs on top of that for 2 sets or so. Then go back to the original weight you were doing. Your muscular/nervous system will surprise you.
