Queen has connection to Killer, Kidd, Luffy, Kawamatsu, Hyogoro, Apoo,Drake, Hiyori and even Zoro. He is a very dynamic character.

Doflamingo was the arc villain and Law had plot beef related to his backstory with Vergo. King is a non character in terms of personal connection to any other character or backstory apart from Raizo running away from him.

That was an unnamed club attack not Raime Hakke- and those attacks seriously fucked up both of them so they didn't dodge or properly tank the hits. (and it was him attacking multiple opponents at once and pretty much finishing them off.)
