Does Queen have FS? Did Queen use a large AoE or difficult to dodge attack? If no, how does he tag a FS user without PIS? Luffy when serious was weaving and dodging around Katakuri's multi attack hit in base, before Udon training, he should not be getting chewed by Queen.
