Yes and being able to target the limb in a prone position, is subject to plot, most of the time those sort of attacks are easy to dodge/block.
Kid's arm was not targeted here by BM but he was given a slash here to some area of his body so it would not bisect him, and he may or may not have used...
He has been fighting all this time with his body in a weird state, taking up half his attention and now it is changing before his eyes, gathering his thoughts will absolutely help him (and be used as a stalling tactic by Oda to get the other fights out of the way lol).
Marco and Izo if forced...
If he becomes an emotionless puppet, his life is over and his nakama are in great danger.
Queen is still agro'd on Sanji anyway so he's not dipping out on anyone.
I would say the endings of the fights have made sense for the most part, some might complain the endings are quick, but even if it is a war the non-SH/ non-SN battles aren't really important to the story. There is a difference between getting knocked out from a finisher, to it being a one shot...
Don't fall for fake hype, BM isn't going down without fighting Luffy.
Kid might be the first to injure her on panel though. (Outside of Law's internal attacks which don't seem that effective).
Sanji didn't use haki either, funny how the chapter mentions that but Queen isn't complaining that he didn't use haki himself or that his blade was trash, it's almost like that agenda is bullshit.
Good for Killer to finally get a W, even if it was against Lawkins.
