Bayern isn't rebuilding at all. They switched Lewandowski for Mane and brought in De Ligt, Gravenberch etc. That was it. Their squad is still one of the top 3 squads in the world.

You know their head-to-head record, right? ;) Ironically enough 8-2 in favor of Bayern, just like that legendary 8-2 victory in 2020. On top of that Bayern's squad is just clearly better atm. Having said that, I have no bone to pick in this fight. It's just that Barca itself confuses and...

Anyone watched Bayern-Schalke (8-0) yesterday? That was a massacre. Gnabry, Sané, Müller, Kimmich, Goretzka, Lewandowski etc. were all playing lights out. Granted, Schalke was piss poor (probably a candidate for relegation this year, considering their shocking form in all of 2020 so far), but...

I don't know if Messi - at this stage of his career - is really that much of a boost for any English top club. He's still a phenomenal footballer of course, but his workrate was never the best and it even got significantly worse recently. It's also quite obvious that he doesn't quite have the...

Messi sent the Barca board a fax, where he made it clear that he's done with the club and wants to use a clause in his contract, which allows him to leave for free this summer. Barca already confirmed this. Thing is, this clause actually would've had to been used until the end of June (since...

I don't really see him leaving. It's a power-move to force Bartomeu to resign and keep his buddies (Suarez etc.) at the club. As hard as it may sound, maybe Messi leaving Barca would be the best for the club. Barto would get thrown out and they could focus on developing young talent. If he and...

That actually looks great. Definitely have to swap Navas for Neuer though. In big games you always want Neuer as your goalkeeper.

Mbappe must score, but I wouldn't blame Neymar. Bayern focused on taking him out of the game (in a fair way) and did a wonderful job. Bayern is just a truly monstrous team. The best one of the last 5 years imho. And there is Neuer. I think at this point it's not outrageous to really crown him...

Inter is too good right now imho. Expect something like a 2-0 or 3-1 for Inter.

If both teams play at their very best, Bayern wins comfortably. Recently they had problems with their high line though, so it will be interesting to see if Paris can exploit that or if Bayern fixes those problems.

The game solely depends on Bayern's attitude and Messi. The only way I see Barca winning this game is if Bayern doesn't bring their A game and Messi himself has an outstanding game once again. If both teams play like they have most season, Bayern takes this comfortably imho.

I still remember those matches against Bayern in 2017, where they were literally pulled through by the ref lmao (two offside goals for Madrid and one totally bs red card for a Bayern player).

Madrid is always a threat, but their situation isn't the best rn (down 1:2 to City and having to play the return leg on the road in England).

Champions league should be between PSG (easiest path), City and Bayern (the two best teams rn). Don't see anyone else winning it.
