Oden used aCoC, Zoro didnt. Shanks fought Kaido, no scar. BigMom fought Kaido, no scar. All of Kaido's top 5 fought him at some point and no scar, other than Oden and Zoro is already above them all. Manifestation of Power itself is the undisputed #1. :kuzanshut:

People are not strong enough to compete with Zoro, thats why nobody is in the run for WSS title. Zoro is #1 of the world, of all times. There is no character who can match his strength.

To be WSS, Yonko Shanks has to beat Mihawk but simply not strong enough, just like Luffy. Zoro is the character created to be the strongest in the world bcs the MC is simply too damn weak. Thats why supreme power is between two wielders of black blades.
