Katakuri probably got stronger after luffy's fight, and remember he should have won against luffy multiple times but decied to let him a chance... katakuri is strong af, do not underestimate, the only opponent of luffy after timeskip who let luffy the chance to win for the sake of proving his point

To be honest, Greenbull's fruit is looking really OP like hashirama in Naruto (just look at how easily and effortlessly he could control a dragon fruit user the size of kaido), but sanji is a fire user, and not a random one at all (blue fire). If you rank all the flame users in One piece world...

Facts actually, we even saw that scopper gaban can fight oden for 3 days and 4 nights in a row without breaks (it's only in anime but if rayleigh plays with the youngsters, someone had to stop oden and if it's not rayleigh its gaban)

I think he can now transform, just like a super sayain, when his eyebrows changes he is awekened... And I also do believe that he has one more transformation to come : super sayain 2 = eyebrows + dark hair and losing emotions... It may come people, oda foreshadowed evil sanji but not for this...

He even said through sanji "my passion burns hotter than any other flames" it was a quick foreshadow to the ifrit jambe emitting lightning/plasma because of how hot it is... Oda knows what he is doing he did it on purpose, sanji's flames are the hottest or will be the hottest in the verse... is...

I Think bleak likes zoro but prefers sanji, just like me I guess
