I'm not sure if this suggestion was ever made here but Oro Jackson used to have a whole board dedicated to list informations and facts about the One Piece series called "THE BOOKS OF OHARA".

There we witness threads about characters panel time, character ages, the meaning of abbreviations and other interesting informations. In this forum too we get threads like that but i think it wold be more organized to have a sub-forum just for ths kind of content:
