Pre-TS Oda maybe. But post-TS Oda actively reduces them to nothing but sex objects. I mean we had a whole shitty mini subplot in GV dedicated for gooners.

Simply choosing to not write women at all like Kishi with minimal fanservice is far better than treating them like sex tools whose only use is fanservice.
