The straw hats don’t have the resources to personally defeat all factions spread throughout the world, delegation of tasks is necessary.

My theory is that the house of Ethan Baron had a different, Japanese sounding name 800 years ago and that they were the original monarchs of Wano while the Kozuki were the vassals of such monarchs. V.Nasujuro’s great grandfather was one of the 20 original kings that fought with Imu against the Joy Boy in the void century and the first Kozuki shogun is the original Kitetsu who created the first Kitetsu, Nasujuro inherited the sword but his agenda is forcibly open the borders of Wano to obtain Pluton and align the country with the world government
