Speculations Are Zoro and Mihawk the only World's Strongest in the Final Saga?

WSM is Dead.
Pirate King is Dead.
Long live the true king.

As Oda said, Final Saga is the core of the story and what truly matters.
The only World's Strongest that remains for the part of the story that matters is Dracule Mihawk.
He is the only character who holds a WS title in Final Saga, nobody else.

And the only other character guaranteed to receive the title of the strongest is Zoro.
Are those two the best Oda has to offer? Are those his 2 strongest characters?
Or there will be others?
Will Oda name a WSC/WSM of the mid/future Gen or he keep Zoro and Mihawk as the strongest?
