In my two piece headcanon Luffy used unconsciously CoA in his final attack to overpower Crocodile's attack and fling him through the underground.

This is respectable headcanon. You can also make a good argument that Zoro used CoA against Daz Bones in Alabasta. Hell, I still think Sanji used Future Sight in Whole Cake at the wedding to dodge Katakuri.
