Its not that they are the exact same thing, his argument is that they have the same basis i.e spiritual shit. I do belive DFs have some spiritual basis and thats why they reincarnate and are countered by haki, but I disagree that it doesnt have science involved

Yeah, the Ancient Kingdom def were responsible for creating df's. Along the Ancient Weapons too (Ancient Kingdom = Ancient Weapons)
