Starrk should win his pistols are a great kit for combating speed and blowing apart the petals of his Bankai. He'd have to keep distance for the most part but again his abilities are good for that and Shunsui's shikai > Byakuya's bankai at that point and his coyote's would overwhelm Byakuya eventually.

We don't really know how improved Byakuya is at the start of TYBW because he just gets thrashed by As but I'd say Starrk would fare at least slightly better.

Post RG Byakuya stomps though because lol Kubo.
