Both composers pulled out all the stops for both series too. I wonder if there was a sense of pride and nostalgia for them as its such a Japanese themed series too? If that makes sense?
Bleach had amazing music especially during Hueco Mundo, movies, songs like Stand up be strong, Invasion etc BUT nothing has ever been as top tier as Narutos OSTs for me as a whole.
Fairy Tail whose composers did Shippuden is the only one that truly could rival Naruto, aside from Bleach too for me.

but I get that it might be not your kind of cup of tea when there is so much of her and her music there
