Psykos was hyping him and BS as being unstoppable together, so he has that going for him over the rest. The only one I’d seriously consider putting above him is Elder Centipede. He’s certainly gonna be much more powerful than in the web comics (and he already is based on his current feats), and I’m sure ONE and Murata will want to hype him up in order to indirectly hype up God
there are two unknown for me : Phoenix man and Gouketsu.
Gouketsu power wasn’t really shown, we just know he was a genius fighter who became a big monster. His martial art mastery is what can change the game for me.
And Phoenix man can grow and grow and grow.
And I don’t know between rover and evil natural water. Rover was a tank among tanks.

Yeah but overall he is a big pain for a lot of people, the guy just keep coming back.
TTM is far far stronger physically than HE, yet HE can likely fodderize him.
HÉ can spam his energy balls like no tomorrow without any stamina issue. He can send big balls after big balls after big balls.
And he is far from being slow, his orbs can follow powerful bullets shot at close range.

There is No Ranking, they are all Equals except Orochi who is their Superior. In other words:
Black Sperm ~ Elder Centipede ~ Gouketsu ~ Evil Natural Water ~ Homeless Emperor ~ Gums ~ Nyan ~ Overgrown Rover ~ Fuhrer Ugly
It's just that they Vary in Fighting Style & a Fight between them depends on Match Ups & who Counters who.
But if you want to truly Rank them then we need to Rank them based on their Weaknesses:
01. Black Sperm (Webcomic Spoilers)
02. Gouketsu (Doesn't have any Weakness except his Counters)
03. Elder Centipede (Easy Target but Extremely Difficult to be put down)
04. Overgrown Rover (Dog Behavior but still Too Tanky & Troublesome)
05. Nyan (Vulnerable to Traps but still Very Dangerous & Most Troublesome to Catch)
06. Homeless Emperor (Normal Human Body but near impossible to Approach)
07. Evil Natural Water (Just Water which can be Countered or Calmed)
08. Fuhrer Ugly (Very Unstable & just pure Strength)
09. Gums (Simple Minded, relies Purely on Mouth & not that Fast)

That's just not true. Bang on his own can easily handle Fuhrer/Gums at once. Meanwhile Elder Centipede forces him to go all out in order to stand a chance at putting him down.
Golden Sperm would've killed every S-class had Garou not intervened. Casually blitzed Tatsumaki whom even in her injured state could reduce the likes of ENW to mush

It all depends on Match Up, for example Bang can do nothing against Evil Natural Water while Genos on the other can Defeat it since he counters it.
They just Fight Differently & Perform Differently however they are all Equals Threat & Power wise.

Sure there's some instances where matchup is crucial but that's hardly an universal rule. You can't simply ignore the fact some have vastly superior feats than others. Rover survives a hit from Saitama and creates an earthquake with the mere shockwave of his blasts, imagine placing him equal to Nyan.
What can Rover do against Nyan? Please tell me

What can Black Sperm? (Only Black Version)

HE is a specialist against direct fighters and brawlers : He can nuke : Ugly, Gums, TTM, PPP, Child emperor, likely Genos, Pig (without trump card), metal bat, likely drive knight etc
