the battle was also off panel for a few chapters, between the shadow of hybrid kaidou got teased and when it was fully revealed, so we don't now what happened, maybe they all tried to cut her but failed

Since Zoro can scare Kaido thereβs no reason why he canβt do the same to other yonko tho what are the chances of other opponents for this instance other yonko to just stand there to get hit. Letβs not forget Kaido has yet to use CoA to defend himself from any attack so far so even Ashura could possibly not have the same results if Kaido did use CoA.
BM should tank, but she would be in worse condition than Kaido, but not by much.
WB should tank too, but his cutting durability isn't something special, so he might come out even worse than Kaido (maybe even fall)
BB is an endurance monster, so he might tank too, but should be on verge of falling unconscious.
We don't know anything about Shanks' durability, he might even die for all we know.

WB, BB, and Shanks have been hurt by fodder-level attacks far much inferior than Asura. Taking Asura's AP head on is bad news for any of them.
BM is a little more difficult to decide, but I won't be against Asura.
After reading Roof Piece, I came to this conclusion about Big Mom and Kaido:
Big Mom is harder to hurt, but may prove easier to kill.
Kaido is easier to hurt, but may prove harder to kill.
