The first chapter is purely platonic, Some introspection from Zoro's pov, you can skip the second chapter's last paragraph, it gets little bit zolusque. Regardless a very good read.

The anime removed these these scenes
Luffy acknowledging Zoro as a strong Samurai

Luffy accepting Tsuru's help as soon as she says she will also take care of Zoro's wounds

And they also removed the scene where Luffy took the men chasing Tsuru as Sanji. Lmao.
